1. Parties

These terms constitute an agreement between the user ("Client") and Greenars LLC ("Savann", "we"), located in Sheridan, WY, United States. Support: +1 307 218 3865.

2. Service Description

Savann is an artificial intelligence platform that automates customer communication through web widgets and messaging channels. The service is provided "as is" under a SaaS model.

3. Registration and Account

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and all activity under their account.

4. Acceptable Use

The Client agrees not to use Savann to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Distribute illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to access other users' systems or data.
• Reverse-engineer the software.

5. Intellectual Property

Savann and its technology are owned by Greenars LLC. The Client retains ownership of their data and content uploaded to the platform.

6. Plans and Payments

Prices are published on the website. Billing is monthly. Failure to pay for more than 15 days may result in service suspension.

7. Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or force majeure.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Greenars LLC's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss.

9. Cancellation

The Client may cancel their account at any time. Data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms with 30 days prior notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
